The Operations Center is made up of a team of systems engineers, oriented to the remote management of Networking and Infrastructure issues.
It deals with all monitoring activities, simultaneously following the behavior, both normal and non-normal, of the individual devices through the monitoring platform integrated with the AskQ trouble ticketing system, in order to ensure a predictive and resolving service.
In particular, a varied number of devices are monitored continuously (7 × 24), including Physical and Virtual Servers, Switches, Firewalls, Routers, Storage and, more generally, everything concerning the devices both in agentless mode (through SNMP protocol) and with agents.
